By creating an account or using AiMeme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AiMeme is an AI-powered meme generation platform. Users purchase credits to generate memes using AI image models. Credits are consumed per generation.

3. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased in packages (Nano, Starter, Creator, Pro, Mega).
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
• All prices are in EUR/USD and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment details.

4. Refund Policy

Credits that have not been used may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at sunnyrendon@gmail.com with your order details.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• You own the memes you generate using AiMeme.
• You grant AiMeme a non-exclusive license to display generated memes for promotional purposes unless you opt out.
• You may not use AiMeme to generate content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or infringes third-party rights.
• AiMeme retains all rights to its platform, branding, and technology.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use AiMeme to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Impersonate real people without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Create spam or automated abuse of the service

7. Disclaimers

AiMeme is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated memes will meet your expectations. AI generation may occasionally produce unexpected results. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiMeme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dortmund, Germany.
